We got the DVD last week and watched it that night. Dylan was a little skeptical at first and mainly watched me do it, but after about 15 minutes he was up and doing it with me. Ethan danced around the room and was mesmerized. The 1st thing Dylan said the next morning was ‘can we watch the Miss Allie movie?’ We love it!

I am a fitness instructor and often bring my children to the gym with me when teaching or working out. It was not until I received this video that I realized I don't take the time to exercise with my own children. My kids love the exercises and feel like they are more a part of my world when they ask to "work out". While the video is playing, they are having so much fun, they don't even realize they are are exercising!

My 20 month old twins and I love this tape! The whole time it feels like you are playing and dancing with your children. Everyone participates and has fun! While watching the tape, my son began to walk and wiggle on his own for the first time (he's just beginning to walk) and my daughter enjoyed performing the new "up and down" and "star" moves . Mom and Tot fitness will definately be a part of our daily routine. PS. Now I can proudly say that I got to "Workout." Who knew I was actually exercising when I was having so much fun with my kids!
